DIGITAL MARKETING
This position manages the day-to-day technical execution of EXPRESEO’s digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, email marketing programs and social media publishing. The ideal candidate is fluent with web-based technology, with a passion for learning and utilizing emerging platforms.
Description
Manages and monitors all social media platforms to engage our audience
Publishes engaging social media content and manages social media ad campaigns
Analyzes and reports on results of interactive marketing initiatives; makes recommendations on strategic direction
Programs & distributes marketing emails; ensures that automated programs are running correctly
Maintains website content, making updates as needed, assisting with website redesigns, and managing creation of graphic content and SEO
Makes recommendations on how emerging technologies and social platforms can be utilized
Requirements
A passion for marketing and social media with experience across all platforms, professional and/or personal
Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
An eye for photography and composition
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
Creative thinker with ability to identify promotional opportunities and translate them across various channels
Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area preferred
CONTRIBUTING WRITER
This position writes articles for our news website, heyBoro, and helps to come up with interesting and current topics to write about. The ideal candidate is interested in journalism and/or writing and wants to develop their skills and knowledge in either field.
DESCRIPTION
Writes articles about a variety of topics to be posted on heyBoro
Signs up to write articles on a regular basis
Contributes relevant and creative ideas for future articles
Keeps up with events and other news in Hillsborough and surrounding areas
Communicates with the rest of the writing team so that all of the posted content is timely
Take relevant pictures for articles
Come up with creative ideas for presenting news and articles
Requirements
A passion for writing and/or journalism. Experience with either or both is preferred

Description
Presents, promotes and sells digital marketing services to prospective customers
Visits potential clients to evaluate needs or promote web design & SEO services
Gives sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyzes the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Provides management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improves through feedback
REQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale
Ability to meet deadlines and financial goal minimums

WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
This position includes creation of marketable website designs, assets, logos, graphics, and media. As a web developer you will work for multiple and varied projects on an ongoing basis as we work on various web platforms to we complete projects for our clients.
DESCRIPTION
Conceives and designs functional and visually captivating websites
Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Determines technical requirements for each project
Establishes design guidelines, best practices and standards
Assists in maintenance of existing client websites
Coordinates development across all media platforms (online and print)
Requirements
Self starter with a keen eye for design and brand management
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
Ability to code in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Wordpress
Knowledgeable in web server hardware, site architecture, user interface requirements, web navigation, web page layout, cross platform issues, browser and platform compatibility, animation, image compression, size and speed issues
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
Education in communications, design or related field preferred
